Shipping Policy
Physical orders are prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us through our website so we can help.
Digital products are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. No physical item will be shipped.
Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy for details.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel good about your Sonya Inspired purchase.
Physical Products
To request a return or exchange, contact us through our website within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you wish to return. We’ll provide instructions before you send it back.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Journals must be free of writing, marks, or damaged pages. Exchanges are subject to availability.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your payment provider may require additional processing time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Digital Products
Digital downloads are final sale once delivered, except where required by law. If your file is missing, faulty, or different from what you purchased, contact us so we can resolve the issue.
